A CALLING TURNED INTO COMMUNITY.
What began as one mother’s search for answers became a village built so no family has to navigate neurodivergence alone.
MEET THE FOUNDER
Erin is the Founder of Thriving Minds Village and brings more than a decade of experience in career coaching, higher education, leadership development, and community engagement.
Professionally, Erin has spent years supporting individuals through periods of career transition, uncertainty, and personal growth, helping people navigate complex systems with greater clarity, confidence, and direction. In addition to her professional experience, Erin is deeply passionate about advocacy, caregiver support, and creating stronger communities for neurodivergent individuals and families. Through both personal insight and community engagement, she recognized the growing need for compassionate guidance, accessible resources, emotional support, and trusted advocacy for families often navigating these experiences in isolation.
Erin founded Thriving Minds Village with the vision of building a supportive and informed community where neurodivergent individuals and their caregivers feel seen, empowered, connected, and equipped to thrive.
Her leadership approach is grounded in compassion, collaboration, education, and long-term community impact. She is committed to developing partnerships, outreach initiatives, and sustainable support systems that help reduce barriers to care, increase understanding, and strengthen outcomes for individuals and families alike.
Erin is committed to expanding access to support, advocacy, and meaningful resources through the mission of Thriving Minds Village.
Sometimes the mission you are meant to build comes from the challenges that changed you the most.
— Erin Reed, Founder, Thriving Minds Village
I am still learning. Still seeking answers. But I am committed to being a voice, a connector, and a fierce advocate, for a community of families navigating similar journeys.
Thriving Minds Village is a space where confusion is met with understanding, where support feels accessible, and where the village around each neurodivergent individual is informed, empowered, and equipped to help them truly thrive.
OUR VISION
We envision a world where every neurodivergent individual is surrounded by a confident, informed, and empowered village. A world where families have earlier access to factual information, support is universally accessible, and neurodivergence is celebrated rather than tolerated.
Clarity
We replace confusion with understanding, meeting families with plain language, not jargon.
Connection
We trade isolation for community, because no parent should figure this out alone.
Compassion
We respond to behaviors with patience, and to families with grace and zero judgment.
Advocacy
We turn lived experience into action, for our kids, and for the village around them.
Our Values
LET'S FIGURE THIS OUT TOGETHER.
Thriving Minds Village is growing every day. When you join us, through a donation, a conversation, or simply sharing our mission, you help build a village where every family has the support they need to thrive.
